Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) have launched a new section on working in partnership with carers on their Dementia Gateway.

Recognising that the carer is very often the person who knows and understands the person with dementia best, this new section gives practical tips and advice to health and social care staff to support carers in caring for someone with dementia.

The SCIE Dementia Gateway, which is designed for people working in health and social care, has the following sections:
