My Dad – died having struggled with the maelstrom of mental, physical and emotional effects of his illness for many years. He was so brave, serene and stoic at the very end. He found the inner peace he always sought in life just as he was departing it. The death certificate does not say LBD. It says Aspirated pneumonia and Alzheimers with Parkinsonism. But we know. We are so sorry Dad that there was so little anyone could do to stop it’s tide. We will miss you and Love you – Always.
