Phyllis Leather Hayes, aged 94 years, passed away peacefully at home. Phyllis was always determined to keep her independence and overcome her health problems which included Lewy Body Dementia. Phyllis was the much loved wife of Ron, mum of Terence, Linda and Kathryn, grandma of Andrew, Nicola, Kathryn, Rebecca and Benjamin, great grandma of Hannah, Summerly, Jake, Noah and Millie and sister of Enid.
