The Lewy Body Society is the only charity dedicated solely to Lewy body dementia in the UK. Through our Grants Programme we support research that advances our understanding of the disease – its causes, progression and impact – and therefore helps to improve its diagnosis and treatment. As all our funding is raised from donations, legacies and income earned by the charity, we are proud to have a rigorous application and review process supported by an independent committee. We aim to fund the highest quality research so that we can make a real difference to the lives of people living with Lewy body dementia, their carers and families.
