Lewy Body Society Patron, Miss June Brown, best known as “Dot” on BBC TV’s East Enders was awarded the MBE in the Queen’s Birthday 2008 Honours List for her services to drama and charity.

Miss Brown, whose late husband, actor Robert Arnold, died of DLB has been Patron of the LBS since June 2007 and has been very generous in her time and enthusiasm in raising awareness of the disease.

Back by popular demand, in honour of Patron, June Brown, receiving her well-deserved gong, this year’s auction will be of Dotty Things. In addition to a wonderful variety of beautiful and useful “Lewy Body” articles, this year’s auction will feature several donations by June.

The auction will take place the first 2 weeks in December and the catalogue will be online in November.

Christmas cards will be available to order online by the end of October. There will be 2 new designs by Nikky Corker as well as last year’s 2 delightful numbers. We have no remaining stock from last year.
